What types of vegetables are in your CSA?


CSA members experience the bounty of the season - from favorites, to staples, to unfamiliar items. Nothing in agriculture is guaranteed, due to complex factors such as weather, pests, and soil, but with 17 years of experience under our feet, we have a good sense of what you can expect.

Summer CSA Produce Types: (see below for Winter CSA produce types)

  • Arugula - June; September through October

  • Beans (Green) - July through September

  • Beets - June through October

  • Blueberries - late June through early August

  • Bok Choi and Yukina Savoy - June; September through October

  • Broccoli - mid June through early October

  • Cabbage (Green, Red, Savoy) - June through October

  • Carrots - June through October 

  • Cauliflower - June; late August-October

  • Celery - September through October

  • Celery Root (Celeriac) - September through October

  • Chard - June through October

  • Collards - September through October

  • Corn - August through early September

  • Cucumbers - June through September 

  • Eggplant (Globe and Asian) - August through early October

  • Fava Beans - first half of June

  • Garlic (Green Garlic and Garlic Scapes) - first half of June
