Farmigo How To

 

How Do I Use Farmigo?

Current CSA members can log into Farmigo here, to do any of the following:

Order bread, coffee, eggs, or oyster mushrooms:

  • You can order these until Monday at 11 pm of the upcoming CSA week

  • In Farmigo, click on "Subscriptions - Add" (at lower right)

  • In the "Shares" tab, click "Next" to get to "Options"

  • In the "Options" tab, you will see Bread, Coffee, Eggs, and Mushrooms - select All Weeks, Odd Weeks, Even Weeks, or Individual Week

  • Then complete payment (during the season, if you are paying by check, you can bring it to your next CSA pick-up)

Change your pick-up day:

  • You can change your pick-up day for your next pick-up or for the rest of the season (if there is space)

  • In Farmigo, click on "Pick-Up Site Change", then "Permanent" (for the rest of the season) or "Next Delivery" (for the upcoming pick-up only)

  • For a future week, you can only change your pick-up day from "the day after your pick-up" to "Monday at 11 pm" of your upcoming pick-up week

  • If a pick-up day is not listed, it is full for the week

Set up a Delivery Hold / request a Vacation Voucher:

  • Each member can use up to two Delivery Holds per Summer season

  • You can set these up now for any week during the Summer season

  • The deadline to set up a Delivery Hold is Monday at 11 pm for the coming week

  • To set up a Delivery Hold in Farmigo:

    • Click on the 4th tab, "Delivery hold" (if you are doing it on your phone, turn it sideways to see the 4th tab)

    • Enter the date range for the hold(s)

    • Farmigo requires you to select a future date for a make-up share (double share)

    • If you get an unexpected error, contact us at csa@mintogrowers.com

  • If you prefer a Vacation Voucher (credit for Minto produce at the Farm Stand) instead of a make-up share, contact us at csa@mintogrowers.com

    • We will convert your make-up share to a Vacation Voucher and email it you as a pdf file

    • Vacation Vouchers are only valid during the CSA and Farm Stand season (June 3 through October 30, 2026)

Change your contact info:

  • In Farmigo, click on the 2nd tab, "Contact info"

  • If you change your email address in Farmigo, please contact us at csa@mintogrowers.com so we can also update our Mailchimp email list
