Is all of the CSA produce certified organic?

All produce grown by Minto Island Growers is certified organic.

Some years, we purchase off-farm fruit to include in CSA shares. We do our best to source off-farm fruit responsibly. We look first for certified organic, second for organic or similar methods but not certified, third for grown with some chemicals (peaches for instance are very hard to find organic) - the methods have to be sustainable and with IPM (integrated pest management) / holistic practices.
