The Farm Stand is now closed for remainder of December. We had planned to close it for good until May 2012, but customer response has made us consider keeping the stand open a few days a week with some type of honor system. We plan to open the farm stand with an honor system either Thursday January  5th or Friday January 6th. The hours and days will be the same as before Thurs, Fri. Sat, 11-4.  If you are interested in getting on our Farm Stand newsletter list to stay abreast of these types of options, please let us know.  We continue to have bountiful and delicious carrots, beets, kale, spinach, arugula, Swiss chard, winter squash, potatoes, onions, shallots and Brussels sprouts.                Email elizabeth@mintogrowers.com to subscribe.

The Farm Food Cart features delicious food inspired by our fresh produce and other locally produced meats, cheeses and breads as well as fresh fruit milkshakes and smoothies.  We are proud to be working South Salem Highschool’s Culinary Arts program and have several of Todd Wieweck’s students cooking in the cart. REOPENS JUNE 1st 2012.
