The farm stand and MIG food cart is officially open! Come for a last taste of summer for fresh peach or blueberry milkshakes or for locally grown, organic produce. Our days and hours of operation are Wednesday- Saturday, 10-6. Look for the green farm stand signs on River Rd. at Brown Island. The food cart menu also features our vegetables with simple salads, a daily sandwhich (right now a caprese- sourdough, mozzarella and  farm grown tomatoes and basil), and much much more!

The farm stand has been an idea for many years here at the farm, rotating among family members with dreams big and small. After a few years of promising customers that we would be opening the stand, it WILL happen this year, mark my words!

We are in the process of finishing our application for a conditional use permit as we are part of the Urban Transition Zone 20. If permitting goes as planned, the stand will be located on Brown Island Rd. at our main field entrance, on the northwest side of the field. We plan to start small with a place to buy fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy the farm scenery. We also plan to offer fresh berry milkshakes with fruit from nearby farms (and our own blackberry hedges and blueberry plants). In the next few years we  hope to use our own strawberries and raspberries slated to be planted this summer. In the future the farm stand will expand with u-pick opportunities for blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and possibly canning items like tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as a wider variety of agricultural products produced locally.
